Thanks for writing in! I can confirm that we do sell the replacement coil balances in the photo you've provided. However, to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacements it would be best to have the information from your existing hardware. These parts are identified on a case by case basis.

Hi there! Our neighbor had to replace the balancers on his windows which are the same windows as ours. He assured me that the balancer I sent you a picture of are the ones I need. Please advise how we can purchase them.

The only part I would be able to confirm from this photo is the shoe from the balance and the type of coil balance spring compatible with the shoe. Unfortunately, I will not be able to confirm the exact spring strength you need. You will need to remove your coils to confirm that.

Your coil balance pivot shoe looks like our 15-111. Carefully compare the measurements to your existing pivot shoe to confirm that this is the right fit.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 160 Coil. To determine exact which spring is needed for your window, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window. Once you have the weight, you'll need to divide it by the total number of coils in the window. This will give you the spring strength needed for each coil.
