Replacement parts needed!

A quick learner from Belmont, CA says:
Hi, I am trying to fix my window as it's been broken for some time. I cant seem to get it to mount properly to the window frame rail anymore. I'm hoping I can replace the parts and fix this issue. Thank you!

I believe you have the 39-089 operator. However, it seems you have a short link arm based on what I see in your photos. There are two ways to adapt the 39-089 for use: you can move the sash bracket to meet up with the longer 5" arm of the 39-089, or you will need to reuse your existing link arm by using the 62-014 rivet to attach it to the new operator.
