Upper window balancer tubes are 16 inches long. the two lower window balancers are 18 inch tubes. Overall length of upper 18 1/2 inches and lower overall length is 20 1/2 inches. The lower window weight is 25 Lbs. also I am not sure how to remove the old ones. Do you include instructions?

Thanks for posting! These balances are very easy to uninstall. You just need to disconnect the spiral from the pivot shoe, then unscrew the balance at the top. The video below will show you exactly how we do it.
as for which balance works best, that would depend entirely on the diameter of the outer tube. You have only two options to pick from: either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600.
