Looking to replace a 12 inch long vertical sliding window weight tension piece.

This window balance can be replaced with the S380-12 or S385-12. You'll need to confirm the shoe's depth to determine which series is the correct on for the repairs.

I believe you can use the 1120 stamp option but I do advised double checking that the sash weight falls between 6 to 9lbs.
