Replacement parts needed for Unique Window Systems (2003)

Question

I have several DH tilt windows that need the spring and pivot shoe replaced. I've attached photos of the pivot shoe and spring (16" long). From what I understand, the brand is Unique Window Systems out of Canada. Please let me know if you have these parts available, or where I might find them? The pivot bar is structurally intact on all windows. It seems the Springs/Pivot Shoe have failed.

Thanks!

Hello, Casey. Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Your balance here appears to be a match for our Series 751. I believe this is the assembly you want, but look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
