Replacement parts to make window stay up and not drop down

I was told these are pivot bars. I see one is broken off and a couple of others are not inserted onto the window at the bottom. Thus, when the window is raised, the pivot bar remains in the lowered position and the window drops back down. I cannot identify the manufacturer of the windows. I had them installed by a contractor in NJ, who is no longer in business. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
