Replacement parts vetter window

Question

I have a vetter window that was installed in 1998 that needs a new threader piece I think.  The current one seems to be missing some metal on the end so the window will open but not close.  The crank just comes out of the window.  The arm says 6797 ams.  Do I need to replace the whole crank and what part do I need??   Thank you!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The worm gear coming out of the assembly is a sign that the operator is broken down and must be replaced. I recommend having a look at the 39-216. Review the specifications and see if they match up with yours.
