Replacement patio door handle

Question

Hello, after doing a Google image search on this handle that came on my patio door originally, I believe this is discontinued model 82-035. Is there another model that would work with this hole spacing? I tried one from my local Lowe's, but the whole spacing for the lock rod that goes through was off.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
