4 15/16" patio door handle broken need replacement

This is a peculiar handle set. Can you confirm that the 4-15/16" measurement you gave us is the hole spacing? Would you also happen to know the manufacturer of the door? Are there any numbers or stamps anywhere that might give us a clue? Thanks!

Yes that's the measurement. No markings on the door. We were told it's a Crestline door. The house was built in 1978

We don't have an exact match for this. I'm not sure if we could replace it. You may consider retrofitting our 82-035 handle set and 82-223 mortise lock, but you'd have to redrill your installation holes and even then I cannot guarantee it will work. What do you think?
