Replacement patio door handles

I have 3 patio sliding doors where the locking mechanism no longer works. I would like to replace them. It looks like they are a SWISCO product. Can I order replacement door handles from you that will fit?

Thanks for posting. Note that we do not manufacture hardware, rather we offer hard-to-find replacements used on a wide array of doors. This looks like the 82-218 Mortise Lock. Please compare. For the handle set, see how the 82-030 matches up.
