Replacement patio door rollers and track

Hello,
I'm looking for 2 rollers (ball bearing type) and a retrofit track to replace the worn parts.
Roller dimensions:
-Wheel: concave 55/64" with 1 1/8" shoulders
-Dimple width: three dimples measuring 61/64", 31/32" and 63/64" each
-Housing width: 3/4"
-Housing height: 1 11/64"
-Housing length: 2 9/32"
Track dimensions:
-Channel width: 1 1/4"
-Rail width: 11/64"
-Length: 6'
I would prefer a screw down rail. I plan on grinding the old rail off. Part of it has been flattened down fairly bad. Not sure if a cap will hold.
