Replacement pivot bar

Looking for replacements for the attached photos. If you can give me a couple suggestions to look at, that would be great.

Unfortunately I do not recognize this pivot bar at first sight. To further review, are you able to remove it from the window sash where we can see a clearer view of the tip that engages with the pivot shoe in the window? It would be best to see a picture of the pivot shoe as well. Thank you!
