Hello,
I have a few windows in a property I manage from Affordable Windows. The owner bought the business after 2008 when the windows I have were installed. He recommended searching this website for the correct replacement part. You all have so many options I thought it would be best to seek out some advice in hopes you could point me to a parts that might work. I am looking for 10: Pivot Bars, Tilt latches, lock shoes. Let me know if I can provide more information. Thanks for your help.

To further review, are you able to provide the length and width of the tilt latch excluding the locking tab?
For the pivot bar and pivot shoe, we will need to see the window sash removed, where we can see a clear view of the pivot bar tip that engages with the shoe. We will also need to see an unobstructed view of the pivot shoe in the window sash. From there we can determine the series your window uses to move forward with a possible replacement option.
