I'm looking for a pivot pin/bar replacements pieces for a Semco windo. It seems like this would work on my window, can you confirm by looking at my photos? Please?

I agree, your pivot looks similar to our 26-150 pivot pair. I think this is just a newer version of your original. Look this product over and let me know if you agree.

These are sold in sets, correct?

Yes, that is correct. The 26-150 is always sold in pairs.
