Replacement pivot shoe

Hi, you helped me find the correct pivot pins for my windows and I've ordered 16 of those, so I'm hoping you can help me find the correct pivot shoe as well, and possibly the spirals which are white tipped. I haven't taken them apart yet as I would like to have everything before I tear into them. Thanks for your help, Jim

Hi there, Jim!

This appears to be a tilt window balance such as the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. The best match will depend on the outer tube diameter of your old balance. You will also need to weigh the window sash in order to determine the accordant tip color.

I'm not able to identify the pivot shoe when it's installed though. Seeing a photo of it removed from the window along with the written out thickness and width is the only way I can narrow down your options. The video below will show you how to make a cut out in the window track to remove your hardware.
