Replacement pivot shoes

I am in need of replacement pivot shoes for some vinyl windows. The shoe dimensions are approximately 5/8" &times; 1 1/4" &times; 2 1/16". I can find no manufacturer name, model, style nomenclature on any window.

Thanks for posting. The critical measurements for a pivot shoe are the width and thickness. Something like the 15-047 has the same dimensions, but we'd need to see a picture of the shoe to confirm this is the right match.
