Thank you for posting. At first glance, your pivot shoe appears to show some similarities to our 15-167. However, since your pivot shoe is still installed and we do not have the measurements of your shoe, we can not be accurate on our recommendation. You will need to remove the pivot hoe from the window and send additional photos of the pivot shoe as well as provide measurements and dimensions so that we may be able to further assist you. I also noticed a photo of a window sash lock; are you looking to replace that as well? If so, please provide the screw hole distance and we will see what options are available for you. |

Thank you for replying back with more photos. However, I am a little confused. The photos you show here are completely different than from the ones you sent in your first inquiry. Could you get back to us and clarify which pivot shoe you are looking to replace? The pivot shoe you show here looks similar to our 15-015. But, I can't 100% confirm that until we see photos of it removed from the window and have you give us some detailed measurements. There is a second way to remove the pivot shoe from the window using the 75-069 jamb spreader tool. Take a look at the video below on how to remove the pivot shoe from the window using this tool. |
