Replacement pivot shoes.

A home owner from USA says:
Hello I have a acorn window that I am looking for replacement pivot shoes. I think your item 15-015 is the correct one. This does not show the small plastic piece that you push into the shoe near the top. Does this piece come with the shoe?

Acorn did use our 15-015 shoe, but just make sure the dimensions of yours match ours, just to be sure.

As for the locking pin, I don't believe they are still being used anymore. At least, I have not seen them in any of the windows I've looked at lately. I myself find that the torque of the balance spiral normally keeps it secured in the shoe. Unless your windows are of a larger-than-average size you might not need that pin. If you do, for whatever reason, you could consider using a screw like our 33-073 as a substitute for it.
