Acorn did use our 15-015 shoe, but just make sure the dimensions of yours match ours, just to be sure.
As for the locking pin, I don't believe they are still being used anymore. At least, I have not seen them in any of the windows I've looked at lately. I myself find that the torque of the balance spiral normally keeps it secured in the shoe. Unless your windows are of a larger-than-average size you might not need that pin. If you do, for whatever reason, you could consider using a screw like our 33-073 as a substitute for it. |
