Looking for a replacement pull for 20+ yr old patio doors. Screww spacing is 3 7/8 or 20cm. All I'm finding are bigger or smaller spacing.

Hi, John. I'm afraid that we don't have a clamp-style lock with only a 3-15/16" hole spacing. The only thing we carry that may work is the 82-009A, but it will require drilling new holes. I apologize for the inconvenience.
