Replacement questions

A quick learner says:
The window opens fine but the crank spindle backs out when i try to close it.

questions
1. Can just the spindle portion be replaced?
2. Can a different crank system/handle be installed for this window ( prefer a folding style)
3. Cost for replacement parts for both items

Hi there!

No, I'm afraid the worm gear cannot be replaced. If yours came out with the handle, you'd need an all new operator. I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032 but you'll want to review our dimensions and compare them with yours to confirm these match your original assembly. For a folding handle and cover, see our 39-107FK. Pricing can be viewed on these parts' respective product pages as well.
