Replacement right handle for bay window

Home Owner from Milford, CT
The right handle has become worn and bent preventing the window from opening. I bent the part back but after some use it again isn't opening and closing. Need to replace the handle. Can you recommend a part number?

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-187 Dyad Operator. We also offer the opposite-handed version, the 39-188. Review the dimensions to confirm it's a match. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately. Thanks for posting!

The arm which attaches to the window is 4.5 inches. The space between the mounting screws is 5". Which model number is that proud it?

We've never been able to find these operators with a 4-1/2" arm, unfortunately. What people have done in the past is that they've used a drill to remove the rivet from the 39-187 so that they can replace the 5" arm with the old 4-1/2" arm and seal it with a 62-014B rivet. This should bring the operator back into working order. If you're not comfortable making these kinds of modifications yourself, you may want to enlist the help of a local professional.
