Called earlier today needing assistance with replacement bottom roller track and wheels for wooden bi-pass closet doors.
Doors are heavy and keep jumping the track

Many thanks for writing in. In my opinion your closet door would do better with a convex roller, like the 23-285. Please take a look and see if you think you could use this device for your purposes.

I called and sent email earlier because I needed assistance with replacement of BOTH bottom roller track (57 and 1/4 inch long) and convex wheels for heavier wooden bi-pass closet doors.
still need info on the track -- which one to order
doors are 1and1/2 inches wide -- would suggested convex roller wheels work in standard bottom track with those doors -- would they clear each other when opening and closing
current wheels were mounted flush to back of doors -- see pictures of wheels

Pardon for the confusion. For the track, one that supports convex rollers like the 23-240 48" track or 23-241" 60" track is what you need. The overall width may be different, but if the distance between the rails is comparable to what you currently have, it can work for you.

Now, I am afraid we don't carry a track that is 57" long, but you could cut off excess length of the 23-241 with a hacksaw like our 75-023A.
