Replacement rollers

Hello there. Sorry to hear of your trouble with the 81-087. Now, the wheels on this roller are adjustable, and I've found that differences within + or - -1/4" can be accommodated. So if you haven't tried adjusting the rollers yet to see if it helps, I suggest you do so. However this will not work in every case. If you already attempted adjusting the rollers, or if you had a hard time removing the door to begin with, then chances are the 81-087 won't cut it as is. 

What you can do is swap the wheels out on the 81-087. You would have to drill the 1-1/2" wheels out and then install our 81-228 1-1/4" nylon wheel using our 81-310 axle repair kit (sold separately). A colleague of mine has done this himself a bunch of times to solve your exact issue. Let me know what you think.

In that case, I would recommend swapping the wheels out as per my previous post. We don't sell a version of the 81-087 with wheels as small as you need, so swapping them out is your only other option.
