Replacement rollers

I am trying to find replacement rollers for a Plygem patio sliding door (5500 series) Plygem sent me to you. I cannot find any tags or identification. looking for a part # so I can order the rollers .

I would be happy to help you. Please remove one of the rollers from the door and show us a couple pictures of it by itself. I would also need your measurements. That should help us find the right replacement.
