I have a similar door. The 23-039P replacement part didn't quite work. It fit into the door but it didn't quite fit the rail. The metal on the roller part scrapes the rail it sits in. I ended up bending the roller bracket to stop it from scraping. I hope it lasts. Attached are pictures. 1. The original roller assembled in the door. 2. The new roller, notice how the roller metal bracket touches the rail it sits in. It makes a loud screech when sliding the door. 3. The new part with roller bent back. 4. The bent roller sitting in the rail, now 'just' clearing the rail. I hope this helps you. I'm not sure if the bent roller assembly will last, but it's working for now.
Replacement rollers

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your original roller fully removed from the door, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.

Original roller: distance from inner wheel surface to metal flange: 12/64". Width of wheel: 16/64"
Replacement part: inner wheel surface to metal flange: 9/64, width of wheel: 15/64"
In total the center of wheel to metal flange distance is:
Old wheel: 20/64"
Replacement part: 16/64"
That's just enough to make the closet door screech like crazy because of metal on metal rubbing.

Thanks for getting back to us with your dimensions. We would also like the see the rest of the housing of your original roller, which will help us determine if we carry another part that would be a better match.

Height of metal portion: 5 47/64"
Width : 46/64"
Depth: 49/64"
Wheel diameter: 63/64"
Pics attached too.

I don't recall this kind of problem coming up with the 23-039P roller set in the past, which appears to be the correct replacement for your original closet rollers. I would suggest using a Teflon washer behind the roller, in this case, to move it away from the track. Hopefully, this will prevent the scraping problem that you're having.
