Replacement rollers Viking windows

Question

I'm looking for replacement rollers for my Viking sliding windows.  I haven't seen anything that looks like them.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need with the part still installed. If you could remove an intact roller from the window and show us photos from different angles, we can go from there. In the meantime, you are welcome to look through our selection here. Thank you.
