Hi, the pictures are for the rollers on my SGD screen door- they have broken (the attachment posts on the adjusting block broke)- I am looking for a much sturdier roller that I could use for this door - the door opening for the roller is 3"x3/8".
Also, my door has two rollers on both top and bottom, do I need 4 rollers or just two for the bottom. I might guess that the 4 were in place so the screen could be used in either direction.
Thanks for any suggestions, neat web site.

Thanks for posting! I'm glad you like our site. Now, your roller here looks a lot like our 84-016. How does that look t you? I'm not sure what you mean when you refer to the attachment posts. Could you be more clear?
It is recommended that you replace all rollers in a door at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new hardware, which will have to work twice as hard when working with older rollers. However, I can't really identify your other rollers while they're still installed. Could I see a few pictures of them removed from the door? That would be a huge help. Thanks!

How do I get the old wheels out. The replacement I need is 84-016 if this helps. I've released the spring, which did not help.
I love your web site. Thanks for your assistance.

Looking under the screen door at the wheel cut out, you will see a "Y" clip on the 84-016 attached to 95-020 corner. Spread the "Y" clip and pull wheel out. To install a new wheel, slide the spring in first, then slip the "Y" clip under the corner axle to lock it in. Please note that this is a very difficult wheel to work with. We hope to make a video in the future. In the meantime, you may want a local professional to help you out.
