Replacement rollers for sliding glass door

Question

I need to replace the rollers which I think I can do with an assistant. Can you identify from the photos what make door this is? The house was built in 1955 in the Bethesda, Md. area. From the drawing I can tell that the windows are AlWinTite but there is no indication as to manufacturer of this door. And, of course, would you have replacement rollers or parts that could be adapted. I am fairly skilled in the shop and have mini sized metal machining equipment.
