Replacement sash balancers

Hi--
I need to replace 4 balancers. Hard to read the stamp but I believe it says E47 9#31 9-86. See attached photos. Can you confirm the right replacement parts?

Hey Alan. Yes, that's how the stamp reads to me. See the 24-939. This will replace old Andersen balances with the stamp '9#31', or 931. Let me know if you have questions.
