Replacement sash balances

First, we'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings of your balance fully removed from the window jamb. We'll also need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, which would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Lastly, please confirm if these balances are from the same or different windows since the balances on both sides should have the same stamp code. Thank you!
