Dear sir or lady:
I have a building with two different size (vinyl, single hung, non tilt-out) windows. The smaller size uses a balance spring which is marked 22 5 BSI oc; the larger size hardware is marked: 32 9 BSI bt. The channel is 9/16" wide by 5/8" deep and is not hemmed.
The windows were built by Arlington Glass in the late 1990s. I believe Arlington was bought-out by a larger manufacturer - maybe Jen Weld?
22-5 metal channel measures: 22 5/8"
32-9 metal channel measures: 32 5/8"
I've attached pictures of the ends and the part numbers stamped into the channels. Do you know what the current BSI part number is? The bottom seems to match your model 385 (about 1-1/8" overall depth) but has a roller (extended travel?). What is my cost for about 10 each of the 22-5 and about 20 each of the 32-9? Do you have any idea of an approximate freight charge to Juneau Alaska (99801) or can you use US mail?
