The only marking on the balancer is 31B and I need the clip on the end of the sash cord. Please see attached photo.

Your photo resembles the 15-044 attachment, which is commonly used with the S770 channel balance. We'd be happy to supply these balances but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need you to confirm the length of your metal channel. We would just need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.
