Replacement sash tracks and balances

Question

These tip out sash tracks have cracked and broken. Balances still good on one window pair, but broken on other pair. Would prefer to replace all four tracks. Balances are 22" long stamped with 21v.Tracks are 46 3/4 x 4 3/8 excluding the tabs that go into the jamb.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see clear photos of the pulley clip from an undamaged balance. It also looks like your balances have rivets at the top, which would generally indicate that the balances install using S-clips like the 19-029 or 19-030 but we'll need you to confirm. I also can't make out if the back of the balance channels are ribbed or flat. We would also need to know the exact weight of your window sashes that the balances support since 21V does not correspond to any of our strength options.

Please note that, unfortunately, we are not able to supply replacement jamb liners. If you have wood windows, you could try reaching out to a local millwork or the original manufacturer for replacements.
