I have a house with Mavin Windows (built 1996) and am looking for replacement screen corners and plunger pins.
I believe the closest plunger pin is your part number 70-009. I'm having more difficulty finding the corner replacement. It looks similar (but not identical) to part #95-169. Do you have a drawing of this part or can you get me dimensions.
Photo:
1) Pin is a Marvin part but missing the cap missing the cap
2) The screen corner is broken and missing one side. Dimensions of the corner piece are
a) portion inserted in aluminum frame is 0.59" x 0.31" (19/32 x 5/16 approx)
b) thicker width in corner, not inserted in frame is 0.40" (about 13/32)

Hey, Scott. I'm not sure if our 95-169 corner will fit your frame. The leg thickness is 3/8", but this corner key is only used for a 7/16" thick screen frame. You may not be able to adapt it to your frame. You may want to check with Marvin directly to see if the corner you need is still available.
As for the plunger pin, the 70-009 definitely looks similar but you will need to confirm that the dimensions match up.
