Replacement seal for Simonton window

Need replacement seal for a Simonton window. Best I can make out the label in the header of the window is:8564673/07 30.0000 40.5000 PPDHW1 10155LERR. Simonton/Paris acct 7/17/09 a1awh seal measures 27" in length. Seal is round tube measures 3/8" round, foam filled, has an off set attached to the round seal that measures 1/2" wide. On that meant is a T that slides into the bottom half of the window. The T measures 3/16" wide
