Replacement shoe

Hello,

We bought Simonton 5500 Reflections double hung windows in 2010. We need an identical shoe on the other side since the plastic broke. A balance would be good to buy as well. I measured the width as 13/16th. Please let me know the part numbers. Thanks!

This looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. Note that the Simonton version of this shoe has a slightly different metal cam shape. We recommend swapping out the old cam with the one in the new shoe, to ensure the pivot shoe is compatible with your window's pivot bars.
