Thanks for posting! Take a look at the 36-083 Andersen shoe kit. This shoe is to replace the sliding shoe on Andersen awning operator 39-099. Looking at your photo it appears that you do have the 39-099 operator. Carefully review the dimensions to determine if this would work as a replacement for you.
