The Andersen patio door lock is too loose

Question

Can you point me in the right direction to replace this. The ball bearing are falling out because it is loose....

Hi Rick,
Take a look at the 82-037 if you think the internal lock is the problem. If it is just the lever giving you problems we do have replacements, see 82-043 and 82-241, thumb latch replacements.
