Replacement slides for side mount drawer

Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement match for the drawer sockets or the drawer slides you have, but we may have a solution that could work.

The drawer slide pair closest in length to your 22-3/8" length is the 32-061 which is 21-5/8" long. For the sockets, you may want to take a look at the 32-089 to make up for the difference in the length. Some other options are the 32-012 and 32-014. Each of these would require drilling holes into the cabinet wall to complete the installation.
