Good evening
I am looking for replacement locks. The lubrication did not work. The ones pictured below appear to be like your but the center latch goes down and not up.
Any advice?

This looks like our 82-226 mortise lock. All you would need to do is flip the lock around so that the hook faces downward.

Are you saying the lock mortise that I have currently just needs to be flipped over because it was installed improperly years ago? Or should I give you better measurements to see if your lock will fit my current door handles and lever?
If so let me know what measurements you need please.
Thanks for all your help.

We actually show detailed measurements on the 82-226 store page. You can refer to those to confirm that it's the same size.
I'm not sure whether yours was installed improperly or not; it could be this was the only way it would work in your door. Either way, I think flipping our 82-226 around will provide the same result. If it works this way I see no reason to try and change it.
