Replacement sliding glass door handle

Hello I just bought a home in Pennsylvania and one of my sliding glass door handles have a stripped screw for the thumb level and the locking mechanism does not sit properly inside the handle. I think that the (3 15/16 sliding glass door handle set is what I need? Also My other sliding glass door is missing the same type thumb level and screws Could I also get a replacement for these parts? Thank you Richard
