What replacent roller assembly do I need for this door? The only marking on the door is the pic I sent saying it's a SGD-R35. Mfr code is Kinco LTD. Series is Mark ll,111,lV,V. MST is 16068. The door is a 95 inch door. I hope this info will you identify which roller assembly I need.
This house was built in 1995 if that helps. Attached is a pic of the bottom of the door.

The only option available to you is to remove the old roller in order to find its match. I know that's probably more work than you wanted to put into this project, especially without having a replacement on hand, but it has to be done. You should prepare yourself for a significant investment of time and energy.
