Replacement sliding patio door lockset

Question

I cannot find one that has a latch and the latch catcher on the surface of the door. Holes 4 15/16.

Thanks for posting. This handle set has been discontinued, but I believe the 82-036 was made to replace it. The only thing is, the hole center spacing is 6-9/16", not 4-15/16". Can you confirm that measurement?
