Replacement spiral balance shoes

My home was built in 1990, and contains Weather Shield wood double-hung tilt windows. Several of the (upper) balance shoes have become brittle and broken (they are metal). Is there a suitable functional replacement part for these, as I expect they are no longer manufactured in their current form? Marking on the balances is "24TG". Appreciate any help you can provide.
