Replacement spiral balances for double hung swing windows

Question

I need replacements for ;
11 windows ( 22 balances if identical left and right) (30 inch tubes with 3/8 plastic tube (I would prefer metal tubes), yellow coded spiral ends for 31.5 high 35 wide double pane double hung windows
1 window ( 2 balances) 27 by 3/8 inch tube, yellow coded ends
1 window (2 balances) 18 by 3/8 inch tube, white coded ends
26 shoes ?
1 spiral balance charge tool

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Since the tube is 3/8" in diameter, see the Series 900. We don't have a white tip so you'll have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper tip color for the replacement balances.

As for the pivot shoe, can you remove it and show us a photo? We will also need to know the written-out thickness and width to help narrow down some options.
