Replacement spring balancer

Question

I'm trying to find a replacement spring balances for my double hung sliding vinyl windows. I've liked everywhere and can't locate a brand or model number anywhere. I believe they're at least 14 years old. I also need the tilting pins for the the bottom of the sash. They are 3" in length possibly 3 1/8

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 15-175 pivot shoe, which uses the S152-8 coil spring, to your original hardware. We would also need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
