Replacement spring and channel identification

I unfortunately can't ID what your balance is based on this photo. I'm afraid it's just too damaged. I can help, but I'll need to see an undamaged version. I especially need to see the top end, bottom end, and whatever clip, hook, or shoe is at the end of the cord.
