Replacement springs

I am looking to replace and change these broken springs for multiple windows. The top windows are sliding down and the bottom windows won't stay open due to the broken springs which may be outdated. Home was built in 1989 I believe. Please help to find the updated parts and provide instructions on how to remove old and install the new ones. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the jamb liner spring balance you have pictured here. Since this is a vinyl window, you may be able to reach out to the manufacturer, if they are still in business.
