Replacement storm door hardware

Hi there,

Trying to find a replacement for the door hardware pictured. Writing on the side piece is Juralco 322. Would like to find silver or nickel replacement.

Your lockset looks like it may be a good match for our 40-049 but look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if this matches up.
