Replacement tilt buttons and balance system including including shoes and pivot pins . Great Lakes double hung windows

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Series 770 is what I recommend for the channel balance. In order to help with the pivot bar and shoe, I would need to see them removed from the window and in undamaged condition. Can you also write out the thickness and width of the pivot shoe? 

As for the release lever, the important dimensions are the length of the prongs as well as the distance between them. Would you be able to write that out for us? It may also be helpful if we could see a photo of the internal latch. 

I'm afraid we cant help without seeing your hardware removed from the window. However, the pivot shoe is the part shown in the window track in your first photo. The video below will guide you through the removal steps. 

The pivot bar is located at the bottom corners of the sash. We have a few videos detailing the replacement process which may be helpful. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
